Hotel in prime location for ski in and out. Direct chair lift access to advanced ski terrain and great beginner run. Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel is a little run down and could do with some renovation. The location is remote and not convenient walking distance from most restaurants and nightlife.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. I loved the convenient location just steps away from the ski lift, making it easy to access Goryu & Hakuba 47 mountains. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms had fantastic views of the mountain, adding to the overall experience.

The location of this hotel was amazing for skiing, as it was right at the base of the lifts. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for dining and nightlife. The breakfast was impressive with carefully prepared and delicately cooked dishes. My room was simple but cozy, with its own toilet and shower.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! the location was perfect for ski lovers like us. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the ski lift, making it incredibly easy to hit the slopes. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They provided free pick up from the train station on departure and made sure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms also had a fantastic view of the mountain, which added to the overall charm of the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

Great skiing location, with easy access to the slopes and ski facilities. the room had all the basic amenities needed, such as a shower, toilet, and a dry room, which was useful for storing our skiing gear. the staff was friendly and helpful in calling us a cab when needed.

The hotel was in need of refurbishment and had mold which made it difficult to breathe. One of the biggest problems was the location;

The hotel could benefit from more amenities as it lacks a fridge and electric kettle in the room.
